Management PowerPoint Presentation -Organizing And Outlining

Before starting on the PowerPoint slides in a management PowerPoint, prepare an outline. Use either post it notes or a white board to get down the main points of the presentation.

Next organize your management presentation. Firstly into a beginning, main body and conclusion. Secondly organize the main body into a logical pattern. This is where post it notes are useful as you can move them around easily and quickly to organize and re-organize the order of the management PowerPoint presentation.

Once in the order you want to use, include your sub-points to support the main points of the presentation in your outline. Ask yourself if there are any gaps or duplications in the presentation. Do you need to find out further information to round out you management PowerPoint presentation?
